Goods Permits
As
a consequence of all operations contemplated by the issuance of a permit:

| a)
|
No
claim or demand of any nature whatsoever shall be made against the Vancouver Fraser
Port Authority by the permittee arising out of or in any way connected with the
death of or injury to any person or the loss of, damage to, or destruction of
property unless caused by the sole negligence of a Vancouver Fraser Port Authority
employee acting within the scope of his duties of employment.

|
The
permittee shall indemnify and save harmless the Vancouver Fraser Port Authority in
respect of any claim or demand of any nature whatsoever made by a third person
against the Vancouver Fraser Port Authority arising out of or in any way connected
with the death of or injury to any person or the loss of damage to, or
destruction of property unless caused by the sole negligence of a Vancouver Fraser
Port Authority employee acting within the scope of his duties of employment.

The
permittee agrees to comply with all requests or directives of the Vancouver Fraser
Port Authority and Harbour Masters Office throughout the period in question.

|
The
permittee fully understands that a permit is issued as a privilege only and not
as a right, and undertakes to abide by the conditions regulating its use.
